Those who choose to provide email address information to join our confidential job posting notification system/network will have their name, email and business title information inputted into a private copy of Constant Contact’s Speak Up! email marketing system – please see the Constant Contact Web site www.constantcontact.com for their privacy statement.  
Choice/Opt-out
Chief Financial Interviewer, Inc. provides users the opportunity to opt-out of the email marketing system via a link in a footer of most email messages.  Alternatively you may email us at info@financialinterviewer.com indicating which email address you would like to have removed – no questions will be asked.   Chief Financial Interviewer, Inc. retains the right to remove participant data from the network/marketing system at anytime and for reasons it deems appropriate.

Those who choose to apply to any Chief Financial Interviewer, Inc. job posting, and thereby share their address, phone number, email and resume information with us, will not have that information shared with any third party without the applicant’s verbal consent.  We do provide some/select clients an opportunity to use our services to transmit copies of their financial professional job postings – but we never give non-employees access to member information.  Chief Financial Interviewer, Inc. asks all clients to maintain the confidentiality of job applicant data but, Chief Financial Interviewer, Inc. cannot be held responsible for the actions of any non-employee.

All Chief Financial Interviewer, Inc. employees sign a data confidentiality agreement prior to joining the company. We may disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under the law.  For example, we may be required to disclose personal information to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, to comply with a legal process such as a court order, subpoena, search warrant, or law enforcement request.
